I am Abdul Rehman Ikram, an enthusiastic bioinformatician and computational biologist with a keen focus on plant genomics and data analysis. I have hands-on experience in developing pipelines for genomic data analysis, and I specialize in leveraging Python, R, and Bash scripting for automating complex bioinformatics workflows. With a strong foundation in both wet lab techniques and computational biology, I have contributed to research that explores gene expression, phenotype variations, and responses to abiotic stress.
